Something's Not Working, and You've Felt It
You built something real. You are good at what you do. Your customers who find you, love you. They come back. They tell their friends.
But the phone has gone quiet. Or it never really rang the way you hoped. Your website sits there, looking fine, doing nothing. People visit. They leave. No message, no call, nothing.
You are not imagining this. And you are not doing anything wrong.
Every day it keeps happening, it costs you something you cannot get back. Not just the job you didn't get. Something quieter than that. You start to wonder if the work itself is the problem.
It isn't.
There is a real reason this keeps happening, and it has very little to do with you, and a lot to do with a sales system you were never actually taught to question. We will get to that. Referrals still come in, steady as ever, but nothing new is building up behind them.
None of this means your business is failing. It means the way people find, trust, and choose a business has quietly changed, and most websites were never built for how people actually decide anymore.
